Healing and Cleansing Prayers

These prayers call on Santa Muerte’s white aspect, focusing on her nurturing and maternal energies. They are used for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing, as well as clearing negativity.

While I'm sure many people have opinions on Secrets of Santa Muerte: A Guide to the Prayers, Spells, Rituals, and Hexes by Cressida Stone, it is filled with great inspiration for devotees and beginners on their path.

I've included this because I find it valuable to share all the information I can find, especially when others might face obstacles in accessing it for whatever reason. Thank La Santa for this opportunity.

The Healing Prayer:

"Santa Muerte, my Holy Mother, in your white robes of light and purity, I call upon you. Heal me of all sickness and sorrow, of body, mind, and spirit. Cleanse me of all impurities that cloud my soul. As your scythe cuts away all illness, may I be made whole again. With your wisdom, guide me to the path of well-being and peace. Amen."

Recite this prayer while lighting a white candle and burning healing herbs like rosemary or lavender.
Visualize Santa Muerte enveloping you in a radiant white light.

The Cleansing Prayer:

"Most Holy Death, you who see all and know all, cleanse me with your power. Wash away all that weighs on me—all envy, malice, and harm. Like your flowing cloak, let your energy wrap around me and shield me from harm. I thank you for your love and mercy, Madre Blanca."

Use this prayer during a spiritual bath with mint, rue, or chamomile.
Light a white or purple candle while praying.

Recommended Ritual Action:

Place a bowl of water on the altar, representing purification.
After the prayer, sprinkle the water over yourself or the altar to symbolize cleansing
